DETECTIVES
Assistant Chief/Detective Thomas Achord Detective Brad Handley
The Detective Division of the Eureka Springs Police Department consists of two detectives, Assistant Chief Thomas Achord and Brad Handley. They have extensive training in the areas of forensics, fraud, forgery and crime scene investigation.
The detectives are responsible for following up on initial reports taken by patrol officers and for the collection, safeguarding and submission of all physical evidence.
