DETECTIVES
The Detective Division of the Eureka Springs Police Department consists of two detectives, Morris Pate and Joe Barbalace. Collectively they have over 65 years of experience in law enforcement and have extensive training in the areas of forensics, fraud, forgery and crime scene investigation.
The detectives are responsible for following up on initial reports taken by patrol officers and for the collection, safeguarding and submission of all physical evidence.
